These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and any related services provided through our white-labeled GoHighLevel system.

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Services Provided

Solomon Solutions offers marketing automation, CRM tools, client communication systems, and related services via a white-labeled version of the GoHighLevel platform. Features may include but are not limited to appointment scheduling, email and SMS campaigns, pipeline tracking, and AI-assisted workflows.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into a binding contract.

If you are using the services on behalf of an organization or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account details up to date.

You may not use the services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including spamming, fraud, or the transmission of malware or other malicious code.

4. Payment Terms

Certain features of our services may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined during the checkout or onboarding process.

Billing: Payments are typically charged on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the selected plan.
Refunds: Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion within 14 days of initial purchase. After that, all fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by Solomon Solutions, including branding, custom automations, graphics, text, and software, are the property of Solomon Solutions or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform or content without express written permission.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content, data, or materials you upload or input into the platform ("User Content"). However, by using our services, you grant Solomon Solutions a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and its compliance with applicable laws.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without cause or notice, particularly for violations of these Terms.

Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, and we may delete your data, subject to applicable data retention policies.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or operate without interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solomon Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the previous 3 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Solomon Solutions, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the platform.

Your continued use of the services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
